About Mind and Moment Wellness

I’m an emotional wellness coach with a background in education and child development, and over a decade of experience supporting children, families, and individuals through emotional complex seasons of life.

After years of working closely with families, I saw how often adults - especially caregivers - carried stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm without having a safe space to process it. Mind and Moment Wellness was created to offer that space.

This is a place where you can pause, reflect, and feel supported without judgement.

My approach is compassionate, conversational, and non-clinical. I focus on helping you understand your emotions, develop healthy coping strategies, and feel more grounded in your daily life.

While I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, I offer emotional support and guidance to help you navigate stress, life transitions, and personal challenges with greater clarity and confidence.
