I’m an emotional wellness coach with a background in education and child development, and over a decade of experience supporting children, families, and individuals through emotional complex seasons of life.
After years of working closely with families, I saw how often adults - especially caregivers - carried stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm without having a safe space to process it. Mind and Moment Wellness was created to offer that space.
This is a place where you can pause, reflect, and feel supported without judgement.
